Shape and Material
Being a fibre-reinforced plastic with a thermosetting matrix HALUSITE® easily adapts to the individuality of shape of any building object - curved surfaces are no problem. It is possible to manufacture large sized parts properly matching.
HALUSITE® allows to be manufactered in a thickness range between 3mm and 13 mm (0.12 in and 0.51 in), either with a maximum panel size of approximately 8 square metres (86 sq ft). Parameters such as statics, mechanical load, noise and fire protection are comprehensively considered in the dimensioning process of moulded parts.
